Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains your rights and how returns work for our online clothing orders.
1. Your Right to Cancel (Online Orders)
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item(s), without giving a reason.
To cancel, please email us at within 14 days of delivery, clearly stating your order number.
2. Returning Items
Once you’ve told us you wish to cancel, you must return the item(s) within 14 days.
Items must be:
* Unworn and unwashed
* In their original condition
* With all original tags attached
* Free from marks, odours, or damage
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that show signs of being worn, including for dance practice.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if items are returned in an unsuitable condition.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 14 days.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method and will include:
* The cost of the item(s)
* The standard delivery charge (if applicable)
4. Return Postage
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
In these cases:
* We will offer a replacement or full refund
* We will cover reasonable return postage costs
This is in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
* Items that have been worn or washed
* Personalised or custom-made clothing
* Items returned without original tags
