Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy We understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans may change. To ensure smooth operations and fairness for all students, the following cancellation policy applies to all aerial classes: Cancellations by Students: More than 24 Hours’ Notice: If you need to cancel your booking, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled class. Cancellations made within this time frame will be eligible for a class credit or rescheduling. Less than 24 Hours’ Notice: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class time are non-refundable and will not be eligible for a credit or reschedule. This is to account for limited class spots and preparation time. No-Shows: If you do not show up for a booked class without prior notification, the class fee will be forfeited. Cancellations by the Instructor or Studio: In rare cases where a class needs to be canceled or rescheduled by the instructor or studio (e.g., due to unforeseen circumstances), students will be notified as soon as possible. You will have the option to reschedule your session or receive a full refund. Emergency Considerations: We understand emergencies happen. If you are unable to attend due to an exceptional circumstance, please contact us directly, and we will handle your situation on a case-by-case basis. How to Cancel: To cancel a class with more than 24hrs notice, you can manage your own booking online. If less than 24hrs, please notify us via [email/phone/booking platform] with your name, the class you are cancelling, and your preferred rescheduling date (if applicable). This policy helps us maintain fairness and efficiency for all students, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
